General
Our clothing is cut to a slightly oversized, relaxed fit. To achieve the intended look, we recommend purchasing your normal size. For a more fitted look we recommend going a size down.
For more information on sizing specific to each garment, please view the Size Chart located on the product page, as well as the model sizing information provided in the product description.
Always refer to the garment's care label, located on the inner lining of the piece, for instructions on how to care for and treat your clothing. Every piece is unique and so requires different methods of care.
In general cases, for those garments which are washable, in order to keep your clothing in prime condition, we recommend washing on a cool cycle (30º - 40º), on a low spin, with other clothing of a similar colour only, and allow to dry naturally - do not tumble dry.
Our checkout is managed by Shopify Payments which is powered by Stripe, the World’s leading online payment gateway. You are able to view the payment methods accepted via the payment logos displayed in our website footer.
In addition to traditional payment methods provided by Shopify, we also accept payment in installments via payment providers such as Klarna and ClearPay. For more information on these payment methods please refer to their info pages linked in our footer.
Our customer service team aims to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours of receipt. During times of high volume traffic this time frame may be prolonged. Please be patient and avoid sending multiple emails. As inquiries are answered chronologically, this will only push your email thread to the back of the queue.
An order may be edited or cancelled only before it has been processed for shipping. To do so please contact our customer service team immediately who may be able to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee that your inquiry will be dealt with in the time frame required.
Once an order has been processed for shipping it cannot be edited or cancelled. This includes and changes to delivery addresses. Should you wish to return your order you will have to do so via the traditional methods outlined in our Returns Policy.
Account
- Save various billing and shipping addresses to speed up the ordering process.
- Store credit card information to speed up checkout.
- Save Your Shopping Bag: your selection will be saved in your ‘Shopping Bag’ for checkout at a later date.
- As soon as you have made your first purchase and registered an account, you are able to access the Stéphanos Y'ung Heritage members only association, giving you access to the mailing list among other benefits.
If you have forgotten your account password, follow the 'Forgot your password?' link displayed on the login screen where you will be asked to enter your account email address, to which we will send a password reset link.

The Stéphanos Y'ung wishlist is a page in which you can collect and save all of your favourite pieces so that they can be found quickly.
In order to save your wishlist you must first register an account and login. Once logged in your wishlist will automatically be saved.
To add items to your wishlist, click the heart icon located in the top left corner of the product image, or, if on the product page, next to the product title. Once added your items will remain in your wishlist, unless removed by yourself or if the item becomes unavailable.
Shipping
Once your order has been fulfilled, tracking information will be sent within the dispatch email, of which can be used via the provided couriers dedicated website.
Please allow 1 - 2 business days to process your order. Once processed your order will be subject to delivery times based on your location and the delivery method chosen at checkout.
Please check the following before contacting our customer service team:
- Check you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched, and that the shipping time frame given has passed.
- Check the tracking information that is included in your dispatch confirmation email using the relevant link.
- Check for emails, phone calls and attempted delivery cards from one of couriers, it may be that your parcel is being held at your local depot awaiting collection or redelivery.
- Check nobody at your address has taken the delivery on your behalf.
- Although our couriers should not leave your parcel with a neighbour it's always worth checking with your neighbour just in case.
If you are still unsure please firstly, contact the courier provided. If they are unable to assist you then please contact us at info@stephanosyung.com and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Stéphanos Y'ung offers various shipping methods dependent on your country of residence. Shipping costs will be outlined in the checkout process before payment is taken.
Standard UK shipping is free of charge.
Duties & Taxes are not applicable for any UK orders.
If you are ordering to Europe, US or Rest of the World, your order may be subject to additional duties & tax charges.
An order may be edited or cancelled only before it has been processed for shipping. To do so please contact our customer service team immediately who may be able to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee that your inquiry will be dealt with in the time frame required.
Once an order has been processed for shipping it cannot be edited or cancelled. This includes and changes to delivery addresses. Should you wish to return your order you will have to do so via the traditional methods outlined in our Returns Policy.
If an item you have ordered is missing from your delivery, this will likely have been removed due to it being out of stock, at which point you will be notified by email of such changes.
If you haven't received an email notification about any changes to your order, but you're still missing an item, please contact us immediately with the following information:
- Order Number
- Missing Item(s)
Our support team will investigate the matter and will resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

Items purchased during a traditional sale are eligible for either refund or exchange.
Items purchased from a 'Sample Sale' are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
Returns are free via the Stéphanos Y'ung returns portal.
Should you wish to use your own shipping method you are responsible for the charges.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you of this. We will then inspect the items and send you a further notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Exchanges will take up to 5 working days to be received, we cannot guarantee size availability. If your exchange is not in stock you will be refunded.
If your items do not meet the returns criteria and you are rejected, we will contact you directly explaining the reasons why, and your items will be sent back to you via your original shipping method by default, charged to your original payment method.
Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
